Merchant cannot accept international payments at this time

Dear Support,

We are getting this error when our customer try to make payment.

We could not charge this card. Reason: Merchant cannot accept international payments at this time. Please contact support.

This error is on Live mode.

International card collections (payments) require compliance approval. Therefore, you will need to undergo a process of getting your account approved for International card collections (payments).

There are several transactions that were not going through because the system said merchant cannot accept international payment. I do not have the transaction references for these transactions because they are not showing in the dashboard.

Earlier, you said that I will have to go through some verification processes to be able to accept international payments. What is the verification process? And why is the verification process not clearly stated on my dashboard just like the initial business verification process was?

These approvals are done internally as only few features require compliance approval. The process will kickstart right away and I will subsequently update you on the progress.
