Hi all, have this error when I try to receive payment by Google pay : We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again after some time

In order to effectively debug the issue observed on the Google page, I would have to redirect you to “hi@flutterwavego.com” as the next step will require you share a video that highlights your actions from the start process to the point of the error message.

Kindly send a mail to hi@flutterwavego.com with the following information;

  • Merchant ID.
  • Transaction reference (tx_ref) of the particular transaction that resulted to the error above.
  • A short Video that highlights your actions from the start process to the point of the error message.
