Is the creation of Virtual Cards still operational

Hi Good Day,

I have been wanting to use the Flutterwave virtual cards api in a product an developing.

Any time I try to create a virtual card via API or dashboard I get the error in the image message below

I understand the api might be undergoing maintenance/upgrade. I been waiting for several months now (about 4 months)

Could I know if the API is still operational or undergoing maintenance/upgrade.
If its undergoing maintenance/upgrade. Is there an estimate of when I could expect the maintenance/upgrade will be completed.

The Virtual card service is still undergoing maintenance. While we don’t have a specific time estimate for the completion yet, we will keep you informed here about any updates regarding the status and expected resolution time.
