Create Virtual Card Using API error

When trying to create virtual cards with Flutterwave API i get the error response {"status":"error","message":"You cannot create cards at this time","data":null}

This error mean the Creation of virtual cards via API is not supported anymore ?
or I am trying to create cards at the wrong moment ???

This error is usually returned when your test account is still in review.

Please share your merchant ID (ID on the top-left part of your dashboard) to enable us to resolve this.

hello boss good day pls i have an issue base on this virtual card
i have a part on my website were i want customer to be using virtual card

after requesting for the card this is the error message i get blow

Last Api error message:- You cannot create cards at this time

pls what is the solution is it becuz the flutterwave account as not being validation has been completed.

The error message indicates that you are yet to complete the KYC compliance process.

Kindly reach out to your Technical Account Manager, or send an email with the necessary documents to hi@flutterwavego.com, to get your account approved.
