Please this is not solved at our end yet.
Hi @Adekunle , also we just changed our ip address and started re-experiencing samething about forbidden that we thought was solved earlier.
The new addresses were set to be whitelisted on the flutterwave dashboard, yet kept failing with forbidden.
Please is there a permanent solution this?

- Business name,
- Merchant ID,
- Unique IP to be whitelisted (static), and
- The error message gotten.
The SSM ERROR Is a downtime from an external party and it has been escalated. However, I will advise you re-attempt the transfer at intervals.
